What Are The Payment Terms?
For the Elite and Ultimate packages, the payment is made as follows:
Approx 50% – At placement of order
Balance – 3 months after commencement of order
Bonus – Payable if nomination is successful (details in the pricing table above)

What is the No Risk Service?
Briefly, if the first nomination is unfortunately unsuccessful, we will re-create a second nomination using different materials and supporters without any additional cost. And if that nomination isn’t successful, we will refund your entire fee. There are some further details about eligibility – you can find them on the No Risk page.
Are these Prices Fixed?
The prices shown apply to most situations. We do reserve the right to refuse an order based on specific situations (in rare circumstances) or to discuss and agree on a different price with a client based on the situation. Examples of such situations would be (not exhaustive) – overseas clients, clients seeking additional honours, clients submitting a second or third nomination, or clients who do not have the necessary background to make a nomination likely to be seriously considered.
We also offer a different pricing & payment structure to organisations & corporate clients to reflect the administrative complexities of working with a greater number of stakeholders and internal procedures. Please see our Organisational Package for further details.
We offer discounts to charities (at our discretion) and other individuals whose causes we support and also undertake pro-bono work.
Why Can’t I Use AI to write my Nomination Instead?
Of course, it’s something that should be considered as an option. However, there is one compelling reason why we feel it’s not a good route – submitted nominations, whether successful or not, are never made public. So AI has nothing to train on and no reference about what works and what doesn’t. We have lots of experience in this – so for the moment, we think that the human touch is still best. Do You Help Supporters To Write Letters?
When supporters agree to write a letter of support, we provide them some guidelines explaining how to write the most compelling letter possible. We find that the most effective letters are those written personally by the supporters. We do provide a service (depending on the service you choose) to write letters on behalf of supporters who request a template, should that be required.
Can You Review The Submission We Have Already Prepared?
Yes, absolutely. Although we feel that the process works best when we provide advice and support right from the beginning, we understand that some clients prefer to write their own nomination and source their own letters. If you have already completed the work but would like a review before you submit, you can order that service here. This includes a detailed review of all letters (up to 15) and application citation prior to submission. Price includes review & written feedback with any suggestions to strengthen the submission.
What Is Your Percentage Success Rate?
It’s not a straightforward number to measure – for example, it’s not always possible to know which applications are still pending. Our goal is, of course, 100%, but we’re disappointed if any list doesn’t hit 80%. But remember – we never take clients that don’t have a realistic chance of success. That high integrity assessment is the single biggest factor behind our success. Get in touch with us for an honest assessment of your chances.
We strongly recommend that you select your partner for this important work based on your sense of understanding, trust and competence from that company, and not on success rates. Such rates are, at best, averages and cannot ever translate into your own personal circumstances.
