No Risk Honours Nominations
How Does It Work?
It’s simple. Clients can choose a “No Risk” nomination package and if they don’t receive an honour (announced as New Year’s Honours or Birthday Honours), they get a full refund. That’s how confident we are.
At the end of the evaluation process, should the nomination not be successful, you can contact us and we will mutually agree on the best time to make a second application. (That may be immediately, or we may agree to wait based upon activities at that time.) The second application is made without any additional charge and – should the 2nd application be unsuccessful – the entire fee (including the premium) will be refunded. No questions!
Are There Any Special Conditions?
There are a couple of things to be aware of:
- If the nominations are unsuccessful and we, unfortunately, need to refund the fee, it would be refunded after two unsuccessful application & evaluation cycles. Due to the length of time that the Government takes to evaluate nominations, that will take at least 6 years
- It is important that the nominee remains active in either the same or a different field of contribution to ensure that any 2nd nomination can contain a stronger case than the 1st. If there is no ongoing activity through the period, only 50% of the fee will be refunded
- We reserve the right to not offer this package to any individual client based on our assessment of circumstances.
Please see our Terms & Conditions page for full information.
